As a non-profit organization, donations made to Zindagi Development Organization are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated to active programs promptly. However, we understand mistakes happen.
If you have made a duplicate donation, or transferred an incorrect amount by mistake, please contact us within 7 days at zdo.org.pk@gmail.com or +92 300 3270008 with your transaction details. We will review and process a correction where funds have not yet been disbursed.
Approved corrections are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or mobile wallet).
Donations already disbursed toward an active program (ration distribution, flood relief, medical camp, etc.) cannot be reversed once the funds have reached the field.
